We will camp out on the earth to be close to the mother earth and listen to our own internal heart song. Over these 4 days we will experience sunrise meditations, flowing yoga, mantra singing, sound healing, finding your own medicine workshop, free flow movement/dance, candle lit labyrinth, art therapy, journal writing, fire ceremony, intention setting, visioning and creating your own future, fully catered luscious vegetarian food, tea & cake, connection, laughter, play, joy and sisterhood.
