Invigorate your spirit with sunrise meditations, flowing yoga, and uplifting mantra singing. Experience the healing power of sound, participate in a transformative workshop to discover your unique medicine, and express yourself through free-flow movement and dance. Engage in art therapy, journal writing, and participate in sacred fire ceremonies for intention setting.
