About the Event
Join Prem & friends for 4 days of luscious nurturing time for women.
We will camp out on the earth to be close to the mother earth and listen to our own internal heart song.
Over these 4 days we will experience sunrise meditations, restorative yoga, mantra singing, crystal bowl meditations, finding your own medicine workshop, free flow movement/dance, candle lit labyrinth, silent walking meditation, art therapy, journal writing, fire ceremony, intention setting, visioning and creating your own future.
Fully catered luscious vegetarian food, chai, connection, laughter, play, joy and sisterhood.
