Join Jethro and friends for four days of focus and connection. This year's theme will be dissolving competition among men and how to empower, encourage and uplift each other as brothers.
The weekend will strongly focus on strengthening the inner life through the practices and how to bring the practices into the flow of daily life. Sunrise meditations, yoga, chi Gong, mantra singing, jam sessions, sound healing, breath work, free flow movement, fire ceremony, intention setting & visioning, fully catered vegetarian food, tea & cake, connection, laughter and play.
We will camp out on the land at Hillier Retreat to be close to the Earth and listen to our spirit, our internal heart song.
