Join Jethro & Penny for a "One Day Retreat" Meditation, Yoga, Mantra Singing, workshops and more...
For more than 20 years Jethro and Penny have devoted their life to the internal practices of Mediataion, Chi Gung, Yoga and Mantra singing and how to integarte this deeper awareness into daily life. These contemplative practices offer us an opportunity to nourish our relashionship with our inner life and help guide us on this walk of life.
The day will begin with by singing a mantra that will lead us into a meditation, we will then move our bodies through the practice of chi kung and Yoga then break for a morning tea. After our break we will sing mantra for 1-2 hours, then break for lunch. at 2 pm we will commence the workshop and continue with the contemplative practices of mantra and meditation, some Q&A time and finish with a deep relaxation.
