For more than 20 years Jethro and Penny have devoted their life to the internal practices of Mediataion, Chi Gung, Yoga and Mantra singing and how to integarte this deeper awareness into daily life. These contemplative practices offer us an opportunity to nourish our relashionship with our inner life and help guide us on this walk of life.
The theme for the day retreat will be "how to integrate our spritual life into our daily life"
