Family and Partner Options. We have an option for couples where only one partner wants to attend the retreat whilst the other partner does their own thing. You can book a villa of your choice as a single guest and then add on your partner's food costs. There is plenty of time within the program to spend quality time with loved ones each day.

Arrival, starting & finishing times:

​

Arrival time: Be sure to arrive sometime before 4 pm on Thursday 25th June, 2026, at Mimpi Menjangan Resort so you can settle into your room and enjoy a shared dinner together and be ready to go for the first morning of the Retreat on Friday 26th June.

​

Retreat Dates: The official program will begin on Friday June 26th, at 10:00 AM with the Opening Ceremony. It will conclude on Thursday, July 2nd, at 2:30 PM. Please arrange your travel plans to align with this schedule in order to enhance your retreat experience and ensure the smooth flow of the event.

FAQs
Is the program suitable for people without experience in yoga, meditation or mantra singing?
Our program is designed to suit everyone. You need no experience in any of these practices to be able to participate in all of the daily activities.

What will I eat?

All meals at Mimpi Menjangan resort are buffet-style so you can choose foods that resonate for you. We will share breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant each day.

Are there other costs?

You will need approximately $35 US to pay for arrival tax when you enter Bali.

Arrival, starting & finishing times:

Arrival time: Be sure to arrive sometime before 4 pm on Thursday 25th July, 2026 at Mimpi Menjangan Resort so you can settle into your room and enjoy a shared dinner in the restaurant at 6.30pm.

Start time: The official program will start Friday 26th July, 2026 @ 10 am with our Opening Ceremony in the Yoga Shala. Finishing time: The official program will end Thursday 2nd July, 2026 @ 2:30 pm after a shared lunch together. Please organise your travel plans to fit in with this schedule to maximise your retreat experience and help us to have a smooth flow.

Do I need to bring anything specific?

Yoga mat (there are some at the centre), torch, journal, water bottle, bathers, book, hat, shawl. We suggest Nux Vomica Homeopathic remedy (can stop Bali belly from developing), Mozzie spray or lotion. Comfortable shoes.

 

When do I pay my deposit?

A deposit of $450 AUD is required to secure your space (places are limited, so book early). Full payment must be received no later than April 11th, 2025. If you pay the retreat balance in full before February 28th, 2025, you will receive a $100 early bird discount.​

Access to cash?

You can order Indonesian Rupiah from your local bank to take with you. Travellers’ cheques are an option; note that your exchange rate is always less when you change them into cash. You can access cash via hundreds of ATMs’ low withdrawal limits apply, which vary by machine. Normally the limit is US$100 per transaction, and a fee applies for each withdrawal. If you prefer, you can walk into a Bank branch and exchange cash. You may want to get cash out before travelling to Northwest Bali. Your driver could take you to a bank to change money along the way north. You can change money at the Denpasar airport although you won’t get the best rate so we advise you only to change what you immediately need. Money can also be easily accessed via the many money changers in retail strips. These money changers offer competitive exchange rates; always ask how much Rupiah you will get for $x and then count carefully.

Passport, Visas, Arrival & Departure Tax.

To enter Bali, your passport must be valid for at least six months from your arrival date. No Tourist visa is required for travel under 30 days.
Visa Regulations are based on your passport/nationality.
A Free Entry Stamp cannot be extended past 30 Days.


A passport must always be valid for 6 months (for a social visa, 12 months) from arrival. No exceptions.
Keep two pages on the passport empty for a stamp or visa sticker.
The day of arrival counts as day one, and the day of departure counts as a full day.

The penalty fee for overstaying is IDR 300,000 per day.
