Welcome to our Sacred Earth Into Your Heart Victorian 4 Day Retreat - Australia.
This retreat will be held at Golden Valleys Camp, Flinders, on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, Victoria.
Join Penny & Jethro for 4 wonderful days, during which you will be supported to dive deeply into yourself and explore the deeper aspects of the music of Sacred Earth. Jethro and Penny bring 30 years of practice in meditation, mantra singing, movement, devotion, commitment, love, self-care, motivation and study of the mind to their offerings. You will be guided into your inner realms through daily gentle yoga/movement, blissful mantra singing, sunrise and evening meditations, silent walking meditation, nature of the mind discussions, learning how to dissolve conditions and patterns that keep us stuck: The Power of Now, intention setting, fire ceremony, prayers for peace ceremony, silence, and laughter.
Combined with beautiful heart-centred, organic vegetarian food made with Love by Nectar. Supported by the beauty of Flinders and the surrounding nature of the retreat, we can immerse ourselves in the practice of being present and learning to quieten the mind.
You will be held throughout the weekend with honour, respect, clear directions & guidance. This retreat is for
you and about you. A time to simply be with yourself, immersed in the glorious natural beauty of Flinders. Take time to slow down, get creative, find your flow, walk in nature, meditate, write in your journal, and share creative community space. Activate your life force daily through the practices of yoga, meditation, mantra singing, yoga nidra & long life exercises.

STARTING AND FINISHING TIMES
You are welcome to arrive from 2 pm on Thursday, 28th May. Please note that we will start our program at 4:30 pm, Thursday, 28th May. Please arrive before this time to settle into your room or set up your camp. We will finish by 12 pm on Sunday, May 31st. There are many wonderful restaurants and cafes on the Mornington Peninsula that you can enjoy for lunch after the retreat.
Retreat package: Cost: $1285
This includes all Sacred Earth Programmed Retreat activities, fully catered organic vegan/vegetarian meals and afternoon tea each day, 3 nights’ accommodation in either a 2-person shared room, a 4-person shared room, or camping with your own setup.
Accommodation - 3 nights’ accommodation in either a 2-person shared room, a 4-person shared room, or camping with your own setup. You can choose who you would like to share your room with. Or if travelling alone, you shall be allocated to a shared room. Alternatively, you can bring your own camping setup. Prices are the same if you choose to sleep in a dorm or camp.

FAQ’s?
1. Is the program suitable for people who have not had any experience in yoga, meditation or mantra
singing? Our program is designed to suit everyone. No experience is needed in any of these practices to be
able to participate in all of the daily activities.
2. Where is the retreat centre located?

3. What will I eat? Nectar will be providing us with organic love-filled vegan/vegetarian food. All meals will be gluten-free and dairy-free.
4. Are there any other costs? You can book a massage at the retreat. We will have several therapists available for treatments over the weekend. You may want some extra spending money for either side of the retreat, or you may choose to go on an afternoon trip around the Mornington Peninsula to see the sights.
5. When do I pay my deposit? A non-refundable deposit of $250 AUD is required to secure your space when you register. Full payment must be received no later than April 24th, 2026.
6. Cancellation Policy. Cancellation of your retreat booking before April 24h, 2026, will mean that you
forfeit your $250 deposit (deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another person or retreat).
Any remaining funds will be returned to your nominated bank account.
7. Creative Circle. Each afternoon, whilst on retreat & during free time, we will set up a creative space to gather and support one another in creating. Basket weaving, knitting, writing, painting, wood carving, crochet, sewing, sculpture, drawing, felting … whatever you feel inspired to create….. So if you are that way inclined, or even if you are not and feel inspired to get creative, please bring along your creative projects to indulge in under the trees in the company of other wonderful souls. You may even be inspired to share your talents with other souls who may want to learn.
What to Bring
Something special to place on the altar we create together
Yoga Mat (we will not have spares)
Meditation cushion, seat, bolsters, pillows, your recliner camp chair, essentially whatever helps you relax and be comfortable.
Tent & bedding if you intend on camping
Linen, pillow, doona or equivalent if you are staying in a dorm room
Shawl or blanket to keep you cosy for the evening & early morning meditations
Mozzie repellent
Sturdy shoes for walking
Bathers (there is a beautiful pool onsite)
Towel
Torch
Journal
Comfortable clothes for yoga
Water bottle (refillable)
Any craft project or materials you would like to work on or share with others in our daily creative circle
