The retreat will be held at the Frejas Sal Retreat Centre in the beautiful island of “Langeland” in the south of Denmark. a perfect place for meditation, yoga and to connect with like minded friends... For almost 20 years Prem and Jethro have been exploring the profound effects of singing mantra and heart songs combined with the practice of heart centred rituals, yoga and meditation... Attending an "Into Your Heart Retreat" is an opportunity to put the worldly existence aside and dive deeply into a connection with our inner life. Sacred Earth retreats are designed to assist in forming a healthy rhythm in our daily life and provide a space to look more deeply at what our life calling is.
