Journey Into Stillness is an opportunity to dive deeply into your heart and learn to cultivate a daily practice’s that connect us intimately to our inner life.
We will explore Yoga, Qi Kung, Movement, Presence Meditation, Mantra singing, chanting, mantra study, ceremony, intention setting, cultivating daily practice, freedom of expression, truth speaking & seeking, silence, guided meditation, fire ceremony, conversations on the nature of the mind, connecting to our life purpose, laughter, community connection and more…
